We offer a friendly and professional service to Landlords and work closely alongside our clients to ensure that Landlords have piece of mind and Tenants are happy & settled in their homes.

Landlord Services and Fees:
Finding Tenant Only:– 5% of annual rent, with a minimum charge of £275 plus VAT. This includes all services as for Full Management until Agreement signed when Landlord takes over full responsibility. The fee includes Credit Check and full referencing including completing the Home Office Right to Rent Check, drawing up the Tenancy Agreement, Advertising, arranging Legionella Assessments; Gas Safety Checks; Schedule of Conditions and Inventory; both in text and photographic format. The Landlord is responsible for lodging the deposit with an approved scheme such as the Deposit Protection Scheme or the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, we can offer help and guidance in doing this in our office.
Full Management: Our commission charges are 9% -10% of the rent received plus a one off per tenancy payment of £110 (to include as above) plus VAT. The rental amount will be accounted to you on a monthly basis, less any deductions for authorized reactive or planned maintenance works.
